PROJECT MANAGER

REPORTS TO:  Assistant Vice President of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

 

 

Major Functions:

 

Assists in the research, planning, and implementation of projects to enhance agency services, internal efficiencies and operations, and build the evolving business model at Samaritan Daytop Village.

 

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Research and communicate evolving best practices, shifts, and business models in the fields in which Samaritan Daytop Village operates: Healthcare, Substance Abuse Treatment, Housing, Social Services, Special Populations
  • Assist in day to day management of systems coordinating communication between departments and staff
  • Track timelines and work products of internal departments and external consultants
  • Support the implementation and management of new initiatives. Manage project management plans, timelines, contact lists, communications, etc
  • Organize existing program data and create effective methods of communicating information to staff and stakeholders. Identify gaps in data collection and dissemination processes.
  • Create effective communication materials
  • Create and manage systems to centralize information

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters preferred
  • 3-5 years of professional experience including diverse project management
