We understand that sometimes the road to recovery can be made less fearful if made part of your established routines. Samaritan Village’s Outpatient Treatment Programs allow you to continue to work, remain in school, and stay in your home and community, while receiving treatment confidentially for drug and alcohol dependency.
Our Outpatient Treatment Programs cater to those with recent or current substance abuse problems who do not require residential or detoxification treatment. Individuals receive one-on-one counseling and group therapy during six months of enrollment, which is made up of two distinct phases.
Based on an individualized service plan, our treatment teams are prepared to deliver addiction counseling, coordinate health and mental health services, and provide education and employment assistance. To support recovery for families, our Outpatient Treatment Programs also offer on-site child care and parenting workshops.
Individuals age 18 or older with current or recent substance abuse histories who are motivated and able to participate in all aspects of the program may qualify for outpatient services at one of the following locations:
- Jamaica Outpatient Treatment Program - 88-83 Van Wyck Expressway, Jamaica, Queens
- Harlem Outpatient Treatment Program - 55 West 125th Street, 10th Fl., Manhattan
