As Vice President of Real Estate, Jerry Mascuch manages Samaritan Daytop Village's portfolio of permanent housing programs, which provide formerly homeless and low-income New Yorkers with safe and affordable housing. In this role, Mr. Mascuch identifies and pursues new real estate opportunities and maximizes the potential of the agency’s current property holdings.

Mr. Mascuch has over 25 years of experience in affordable, special needs and transitional housing in New York City. Previously, he served in leadership positions with several New York City based non-profit housing and community development organizations. At Brooklyn Catholic Charities, he participated in the development, preservation and management of hundreds of housing units. He also led real estate efforts at East New York Urban Youth Corps, Goddard Riverside Community Center, and Win (Women In Need). Additionally, Mr. Mascuch originated and underwrote bond transactions while at the NYC Housing Development Corporation.

Mr. Mascuch holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and studied Urban Planning at Pratt Institute. Mr. Mascuch resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and four children.
